Never coded a game before. $1M ARR in 17 days.

Open Cursor. Describe the game. Three hours of back-and-forth later, a 3D browser flight simulator — vanilla HTML, one file. Sell in-game ad slots at $5K/month. $1M ARR in 17 days.

Workflow

1. Open Cursor. Describe your game in plain English: the world, the mechanics, what it should look and feel like. 2. Ask questions and iterate. When something breaks, describe what's wrong. Cursor fixes it. Repeat. 3. The entire simulator is one HTML file. This took about 3 hours. 4. Put it on your own domain. 5. Add in-game ad slots — banner placements or branded 3D objects inside the game. Set a monthly price. 6. Post the link. Let people discover and share it.
